 Now a days every health conscious people are always avoiding oil on cooking food. They prefer to eat food staff with very less of oil. Mayonnaise sauce, hollandaise sauce, barbeque sause are contained much more oil /or fat substances. But all these sauces are playing very important role on western and continental cuisine. However we may modify the recipe more nutritious if we follow some guidelines during cooking.
